How to buy tickets

The only official way to purchase or book tickets in advance is through this website. Purchases or bookings cannot be made by email; the process can easily be completed on this website. Tickets can be purchased or bookings made a maximum of 90 days in advance.

Payment can only be made with VISA or MasterCard on the website.

  • Tickets can be purchased online up until the day of the visit when making a self-guided visit, and up to 24 hours in advance for other museums.
  • Tickets cannot be purchased in advance from the ticket desk; they can only be purchased for that day.
  • Visitors who purchase their ticket through the website shall have preferential access. Purchasing a ticket at the ticket desk depends on visitor numbers and there may be a wait to access the museum.

  • Purchases made with 24 hours’ notice must be paid for at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets can be reserved a maximum of 90 days and a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
  • Bookings can be paid for up until 48 hours before the visit; if they are not paid for, they are automatically cancelled.
  • The minimum number of people per group is nine. The maximum number varies depending on the venue. If your group size exceeds the maximum, several separate visits must be booked and purchased (each with at least nine people).

  • The booking can be paid for on the website up to 48 hours before the visit. If payment is not made within this period, it can be made at the ticket desk on the day of the visit.
  • The minimum number of people per group is nine. The maximum number varies depending on the venue. If your group size exceeds the maximum, several separate visits must be booked and purchased (each with at least nine people).
  • On the website, just select the number of students attending in each group. Teachers will receive a free ticket at the ticket desk; their ticket does not need to be purchased on the website.
  • Groups must present the presentation letter from the centre to the ticket desk on the day of the visit, and bring teachers, tutors or monitors, preferably with knowledge of the museum.
  • Always subject to availability, it's possible to provide a free guide for the visit, although this is not guaranteed nor can it be pre-booked.
