Approximate duration of the visit

    • Roofs (guided visit) + Carraca’s Tower and Gerlmírez’s Palace: 60 minutes.
    • Museum – Permanent Collection: 60 minutes

Additional information:

    • Regardless of the time you have reserved for the visit to the Roofs, with this ticket you can visit at any time, within the opening hours of the same day of the visit or throughout a week, the permanent Museum-Collection, the Palace of Gelmírez and the MuSar (Collexiata Museum of Sar). (Validity of the ticket, 7 days from the date marked on the ticket). The time of access to the Roofs marked on the entrance ticket is approximate and may vary depending on the capacity limitations in this space.
    • This visit is not recommended for minors of 10 years old. Children should be accompanied by their parents or tutors, who will be responsible for their acts at all times. Beware senior visitors and visitors with health conditions that this is a visit through the interior stairs of the tower which include 140 steps, walking through stepped decks and a lookout of more than 50 meters high.
    • Any doubts regarding accessibility or any other recommendations, must contact (deac@catedraldesantiago.es) before purchasing the tickets. The Decks and Carraca’s Tower are not wheelchair accessible.
    • Access with animals is not allowed, except for guide dogs.
    • Access with bags, backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas and pilgrim’s staffs to the interior of Portico of the Glory, Gelmírez’s Palace and Permanent Collection will be denied.
    • With any type of entry to the Santiago Cathedral Museum, a visit to the MuSar – Museo Colexiata de Sar is included. (Validity of the ticket, 7 days from the date marked on the ticket).

Individual Admission (Roofs + Carraca’s Tower)

    Please note the Museum’s opening and closing times. The selected visit time corresponds to the access to the Roofs (capacity limited to 20 people at a time and guided visit). The Permanent Collection of the Museum can be visited before or after the Roofs throughout the daily open hours (average duration: 60 minutes). If you visit the Roofs during the last hours, the Permanent Collection will have to be visited before the Roofs or the next day.

    Basic admission: 12 €

      • Visitors that cannot benefit from the reduced or free admission.

    Reduced admision: 10 €

      • Individual members of large families with accreditation by the Official Family Book
      • Persons in legal situation of unemployment that accredit this circumstance by means of Employment Demand Card or equivalent document issued by the competent organisation.
