The purchase of these tickets represents acceptance of the following conditions:
- Once the ticket is purchased, it cannot be changed or refunded.
- Inability to attend the contracted visit or mistakes made during the ticket purchase are not valid reasons for a refund.
- The Cathedral reserves the right to cancel visits without prior notice due to unforeseen force majeure circumstances or weather conditions that could put visitors at risk. In these cases, the Cathedral will offer the visitor the possibility to reschedule the visit for another day, as soon as possible, with the visitor waiving any other claims.
- The tickets have various security measures. Do not purchase your ticket from an unofficial sales point: the ticket could be counterfeit, and therefore, entry to the venue will be denied. In such cases, the Fundación Catedral de Santiago will disclaim all responsibility.
- Admission is subject to the ticket being complete and in good condition.
- Entry will not be allowed to those who may cause disturbances to the public or disrupt the normal course of the visit. Upon entry, the public may be subject to a security check as required by law. The entry of food, drinks, or any items considered dangerous or disruptive to the visit will not be allowed.
- Access to the visit will not be permitted once it has started.
- During the visit to the Portico, silence must be maintained.
- The Cathedral Museum does not have a left luggage service.
- Entry to the Museum with backpacks and large packages that may hinder access to the different spaces through which the visit takes place is prohibited, and access to the visit may be denied, without the right to any type of refund or exchange.
