Purchase policy

The purchase of these tickets represents acceptance of the following conditions:

  • Once the ticket is purchased, it cannot be changed or refunded.
  • The impossibility of attending the contracted visit or the commission of an error when purchasing the ticket are not reasons that allow its return.
  • The Cathedral reserves the right to cancel visits without prior notice due to unforeseen force majeure circumstances or weather conditions that could put visitors at risk. In these cases, the Cathedral will offer the visitor the possibility to reschedule the visit for another day, as soon as possible, with the visitor waiving any other claim.
  • The entrances have different security measures. Do not purchase your ticket from an unofficial point of sale: the ticket could be fake and you will therefore not be allowed entry to the venue. In such case, The Cathedral of Santiago Foundation would decline all responsibility.
  • Admission is subject to the ticket being complete and in good condition.
  • Entry will not be allowed to those people who may cause inconvenience to the general public or may alter the normal development of the visit. Upon entry, the public may be subject to search according to law. The entry of drinks or food, as well as those objects that may be considered dangerous, or those that may hinder the development of the visit, will not be permitted.
  • Access to the visit will not be permitted once it has started.
  • Contemplation during a visit to the Portico must be done in silence.
  • The Cathedral Museum does not have a left luggage service.
  • Entry to the Museum with backpacks and large packages that may hinder access to the different spaces through which the visit takes place is prohibited, and access to the visit may be denied, without the right to any type of refund or exchange.
