For natural persons the registration for the purchase of tickets is not obligatory although it will
allow them to access the private areas for clients, being identified with their user names and passwords.
From this area the status of their purchase can be consulted or the reprinting of tickets can be done
in case of loss.
Tickets may be purchased up to a maximum of 8 with at least 1 paying ticket.
The time assigned in the reservation of tickets is an estimate (except in Royal Palace of El Pardo, Monastery of Las Descalzas, Monastery of La Encarnación, Monastery of Las Huelgas and Monastery of Santa Clara, where time is strict), asking for utmost punctuality in the appearance in the box offices. In the case that the assigned hour for entry is passed for causes not attributable to Patrimonio Nacional, if possible, another entry hour will be assigned. If the capacity were complete, the refund of the amount of the paid ticket will not be possible.
The early sale of tickets may only be made with a maximum of 90 days and a minimum of 24 hours.
The documentation that had permitted the acquisition of the Reduced and/or Free Tickets shall be presented at the entrance to the museum. In case of not being able to do so, the corresponding difference must be paid in the box offices.
The free ticket can only be acquired along with a paying ticket (in a family group, at least one of the members must pay for a ticket).
Once the payment is made for the total amount of the tickets, they will be sent to you in PDF format as an attached file to the e-mail address that was provided, so they may be printed at home, using the system known as print@home or print-at-home. In addition, a confirmation number will be sent to you through which you may collect your tickets at the box office of the venue following accreditation and delivery of the confirmation number.
