Visits are guided in Spanish except those with the symbol inglés which are guided in English.

Access and exit will be through the Platerias door, where you will have to present yourself 5 minutes before the start time of the visit.

Access with animals is not allowed, except for guide dogs

Taking photos or videos is prohibited. Mobile phones must remain in the silent position during the visit
