  • Tuesday to Sunday: 10:30 p.m. (except Friday), 10:45 and 11:00 p.m.
  • There is a specific program of visits to the Mateano project under the name of In the footsteps of Master Mateo. These are monographic visits on the figure and work of Maestro Mateo that include access, at special times, to the Museum and the Pórtico de la Gloria. During the Covid-19 crisis, for public access to all visitable spaces, capacity limits and social distance must be taken into account, as well as other recommendations from the health authorities, all of which may condition the routes and mark waiting times, at specific times, in access to certain areas of the Cathedral

Access

Visits are guided in Spanish except those with the symbol inglés which are guided in English.

Access and exit will be through the Platerias door, where you will have to present yourself 5 minutes before the start time of the visit.

Access with animals is not allowed, except for guide dogs

During the visit it will be mandatory to wear a mask, maintain social distance, follow the indications of the information panels and the Museum staff; and other recommendations of the health authorities. Hydroalcoholic solutions for hand washing are available at the entrances to the Museum.

Taking photos or videos is prohibited. Mobile phones must remain in the silent position during the visit
